Noto – Villa in the countryside

Villetta Buen Retiro Manghisi is a residence immersed in the unspoilt countryside of Noto, surrounded by a natural park of approximately 2,700 square metres with ancient oaks, stone walls, fountains, flower beds and succulent plants. The landscape is enriched by the presence of the nearby Manghisi river, which lends freshness, lush vegetation and a fairy-tale atmosphere, making the property an exclusive retreat for those seeking peace, privacy and authentic beauty.

The property consists of two independent residential units. The main house, measuring approximately 70 square metres, is on one level and features warm and cosy rooms: a living room with a fireplace, a kitchen, a double bedroom, a small bedroom and a bathroom. The large windows offer an enchanting view of the garden, while the covered veranda of approximately 26 square metres is an ideal space for al fresco dining or relaxing in the shade of the vegetation.

Next to the cottage is the dependence, measuring approximately 93 square metres, with a large living room equipped with a built-in kitchen and stone oven, a double bedroom and a bathroom that is also accessible to persons with disabilities. This space, which is completely autonomous, is perfect for hosting friends, relatives or to be run as a holiday home.

The property is completed by a garage and a storage room, both about 20 sqm. The entire property is located within a Site of Community Interest (SCI), which guarantees its environmental protection and prohibits new construction.
