En août 2015 nous sommes arrivés pour la première fois à Noto. Ce fut le coup de foudre. Nous avons décidé d’acheter. Nous avons été accueillis de manière très professionnelle et très chaleureuse par son dirigeant Michel PRADO qui s’est mis immédiatement à notre disposition. Il nous a consacré tout son temps pour nous présenter les produits qui pouvaient correspondre à notre projet d’installation. Lorsqu’il nous a présenté un terrain de 3 hectares avec vue sur mer la décision a été immédiate. En cinq jours nous avons signé le compromis chez le notaire. Trois mois plus c’était l’acte définitif. Michel et toute son équipe nous ont aidé dans toutes nos démarches en répondant immédiatement à nos demandes. Après la signature de l’acte, l’Agence nous a mis en relation avec des entreprises, des bureaux d’études. 12 mois plus tard les travaux ont commencé. Michel nous a trouvé un superbe appartement à Noto pour suivre pendant un an nos travaux. Il est constamment à notre écoute. Professionnel, souriant, disponible Il connaît parfaitement la réglementation en matière d’urbanisme. Nous n’avons pas trouvé à Noto d’autres agences immobilières avec le même niveau de sérieux et de professionnalisme. Nous recommandons très chaleureusement cette agence qui a parmi ses clients beaucoup d’Européens qui ont décidé de s’établir à Noto. Michel a une autre qualité : il met en relation son réseau, ses clients. En mai 2017 nous l’inviterons pour fêter la livraison de nos deux maisons avec un Sauterne ! Grazie Michele.

Per la nostra casa a Noto, ci siamo affidati all’agenzia immobiliare “Oikos Real Estate” che con dedizione e professionalità ci ha assistito dalla scelta dell’immobile (tra l’altro molto varia), fino alla stipula dell’atto di acquisto. Che dire, persone davvero in gamba e professionisti nel settore, che sanno guidarti e consigliarti in modo impeccabile, per concludere in modo positivo il percorso, ragguardevole, che è la scelta e l’acquisto di una casa.

Dopo 5 anni di ricerche, grazie a Michele ed al suo staff, abbiamo realizzato il nostro sogno di avere una casa in campagna ed un terreno da coltivare. In questi anni ne abbiamo viste di tutti i colori: agenzie improvvisate, terreni improponibili, giornate a vuoto per visitare luoghi senza i requisiti richiesti. Finalmente ci siamo affidati a Michele che con pazienza ha trovato la soluzione giusta per noi. Oltre a guidarci nella scelta, siamo stati aiutati a superare il non facile iter burocratico che si presenta quando si avvia un’attività agricola in Sicilia. Ci hanno accompagnati all’INPS, all’agenzia delle entrate, dal notaio dimostrando competenza e disponibilità. Da quello che ho percepito, ciò che li differenzia dalle altre agenzie è che amano il loro territorio e sono orgogliosi di accogliere chi lo sceglie per viverci. Complimenti!

Insieme alla mia compagna ho acquistato una vecchia falegnameria in Noto che speriamo di trasformare presto in un amorevole e delizioso Loft. Tutto questo è stato possibile grazie alla grande professionalità di Michele Prado e di tutto lo staff della Oikos Immobiliare.
